What is the status of my order?

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Check the code’s expiration date. Next step would be a spell or case check. Discount codes are case sensitive. If you’ve already confirmed expiration date, spelling, and case sensitivity and you’re not getting any luck, click here to contact us.

 

Where is Cafecito and Confidence based?

We’re an online apparel store only, but our Creative Superhero, Melissa Fernandez’s home office is based in the Bronx.

 

Where are your products shipped from?

Great question! We drop ship from a variety of warehouses because we work with a variety of vendors. Our main vendor ships from North Carolina, most of our products are sourced from this vendor. Our other vendors' warehouses are based all over the US, some vendors have international warehouses as well. 

 

How does drop shipping work?

All of our orders are made to order so we don’t hold hundreds of items in inventory. How this works is: I create my designs and then pick the t-shirt or piece of apparel I would like the design on. When you place your order, our vendor prints my design on the selected merchandise and ships directly from their warehouse to your home.  

 

Why do my items come in separate packages sometimes? 

I work with various vendors who ship directly from their warehouses. Shipping in separate packages ensures that you get your items as soon as they are available.  

 

Can I expedite my shipping?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept GooglePay, ApplePay, ShopPay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ELO, JCB and American Express. 

 

Do you have lay-a-way or payment plans? 

Yes, we have lay-o-buy which is powered by PayPal. You will see this option at Checkout when selecting a Payment Option. 

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipping times are also 3-5 business days. You should receive your order 6-10 days after your order is placed.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. 

 

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of purchase. To return an item please submit your request here.

 

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. At this time, all items in the store are UNISEX and are sized accordingly. 

 

Why are all items unisex?

I order samples from all vendors before adding them to the store. Before offering them to my Cafecito Squad I make sure sizing is accurate and that the quality is on point. I also try to be as size inclusive as possible and avoid adding products to my store that only go up to an L or XL. At this time I haven’t found women’s t-shirts or t-shirts with a curvier fit that meet those standards.  

 

How do I take care of certain fabrics?

• Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.
• Cotton blend: Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to reduce wrinkling. Touch up with a steam iron; starch for a professionally laundered look.

 

Can I add a gift note?

Yes, our package slips do not include pricing which is perfect for gift giving. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY ADD A NOTE IF SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. To add a gift note to a package please submit the note here along with your order number.
